Breakfast:

My neighbor told me that the breakfast meal was bran flakes and some type of coffee cake.  It’s too bad that we’re not getting much fruit here.  I had an apple, a banana, and a pear in my locker from previous meals.  I ate all of that fruit after completing the first 70 minutes of my run this morning.

Lunch:

For lunch today, we had baked chicken.  I was served a leg and a thigh that I ate with white rice and beans.  I enjoyed the meal very much, even though it was kind of bland.  I received two cookies with the meal and I drank water since I missed the milk.

Dinner:

The dinner entree tonight was a dish that is called chili mac.  Some people don’t like it at all.  I asked for four scoops.  It’s ground beef mixed with a tomato base sauce and macaroni noodles.  I considered it as good fuel for my run in the morning.  I’m quite full from eating so much.
