Breakfast:

I was running during the breakfast meal.  Another prisoner told me the chow hall served biscuits and gravy with a side dish of oatmeal.  I’m glad that I missed it.  I’m not a fan of biscuits or gravy.

Lunch:

I was pleasantly surprised with the lunch meal today.  It was pizza.  I love pizza.  I was pleased with the way it tasted and with the portion of my serving.  I would estimate its size as being half of a large pizza.  Mine was served with cheese and vegetables, but no meat.  I really enjoyed it.  It was sufficient that I chose to pass on the other food items, including white rice, beans, and peanut butter cookies.

Dinner:

Dinner this evening was some type of pork meal.  I didn’t eat because I was still full from the pizza at lunch.   The pork entree was cooked with grilled onions.  Rice and pinto beans were available, too.  Other prisoners told me that the meal was delicious.  I’ll have to take their word for it.
