Breakfast:
I don’t generally go to the breakfast meal because I’m exercising at that time. But I ask others who do eat breakfast in the chow hall about what was served. Today the meal included oatmeal and an apple.  Coffee and milk were also available.

Lunch:
I eat the lunch meal every day.  Today the main course was chicken Parmesan.  In addition to the chicken Parmesan, a hot bar was available with rice and beans.  A cold pan offered raw carrots, and a cucumber-tomato salad was available to early comers.  I missed out.  At the beverage bar, there were containers with iced tea, a fruit punch, and water.  I ate the chicken Parmesan along with a large serving of rice and beans. I enjoy the lunch meal.

Dinner:
For dinner, the main course was a pork and onion dish.  Pans of white rice, beans, and carrots were available.  Beverages were fruit punch, iced tea, and water. I ate the pork and onion dish, along with a large serving of white rice and pinto beans.
